Card Transaction by Transaction Status.

This page displays the card transactions grouped by date and Merchant. The page displays the number of transactions for each type of validation/Authorisation.

The following table explains the items on the page:

Explanation

Filter

Summary Status ID.

•TraficLightRed - Single Red Light - Process Failed + No Process / Total > 0.1 (10%).

•TraficLightYellow - Yellow Light - Moved to processing + validated + processed in terminal + to be processed / total > 0.1 (10%).

•TraficLightGreen - Green light - Authenticated + Completed > 0 (and neither of the previous conditions).

•TraficLightGrey - No lights – Above all false and no transactions.

 

Merchant Name.

The Merchant ID for this transaction.

Filter

Transaction day.

The day the transaction was made.

Filter

Approved.

The number of approved transactions.

 

Declined.

The number of declined transactions.

 

Authenticated.

The number of authenticated by the collector transaction.

 

Validated.

The number of validated by Cale collector transaction.

 

To be processed.

The number of transactions to be processed.

 

Moved to processing.

The number of transactions moved to processing.

 

Processing failed.

The number of transactions where the processing failed.

 

Completed.

The number of completed transactions.

 

No Process.

The number of transactions that not will be processed.

 

Processed on terminal.

The number of transactions processed on the terminal.

 

Unknown.

The number of transactions that do not fit in any of the above statuses.
