The Connection Status page display the current status of your import and export interfaces.
For each interface (channel) the users that have access to these interfaces are listed if they have used the interface within the last month.
If any use has these right but did not use the interface within the last month they will not be listed here.
| Important: This page does not display any information about the Ongoing Purchase or Purchase Prerequisite request as they are not depending on a user account |
The interfaces in the section System Connections are always listed even if you do not have the license or uses the application.
The status indicator icon, located to the right of each channel, notifies the user about the interface activity.
•If the channel was used within the last hour, the icon turns green.
•If the channel was not used within the last hour, but was used within the last 24 hours, the icon turns yellow.
•If the channel was not used within the last 24 hours, the icon turns red.
•If the channel is not used for more than a month, it will not be listed.
