WebOffice  2.66 Complete Guide

Menu:Support -> Terminal Operations -> File Repository

The File Repository page shows information about files that have been transferred from terminals in any company to WebOffice.  File types include terminal configuration files (indicated by the .xml file extension) and error reports (.kdmp and .txt file extensions).

Note:
This page uses Enforced filtering.
 
The ‘batch export service’ feature allows downloading these files directly to a server.  See Batch export in WebOffice Export Services User Guide for a description of this feature.
FileRep

The following table provides explanations to some items in the list:

List item

Explanation

Terminal – Terminal ID.

The ID that identifies a specific terminal.

Company -Name.

The name of the company to which the terminal belongs.

Date Uploaded.

Date and time when the file was uploaded by the terminal to WebOffice.

File Name.

Name of the file uploaded to the repository.

Checksum.

Checksum used for protecting data integrity in the file.

Date Created.

Date and time when the file was created in the terminal.

File Repository Type.

The type of files in the repository.  See table below.

Exported.

The file is exported e.g. to Touch ‘n Go or a directory.
