The license enables the company to batch import data to WebOffice.

A User account is always needed to be allowed to send data to WebOffice. Set the Import Allowed flag is the User Account Details to allow the user to use this feature.
The account will be used by another machine. Therefore, it is recommended to also set the "Notify Password Expire" flag and add an email address of the manager of the machine as the machine itself will commonly not be able to change a password.
