Rules can be enabled or disabled. Only rules set to enabled will be used by the system.
Currently two rules are supported;
| • | Minutes before pending session gets automatically stopped |
If a session has not been stopped after X minutes after it was first registered in WebOffice, the system will force stop it. Setting the value to 0 will disable the maintenance criteria.
| This setting should be used with caution since it will force stop all session older than X minutes. |
| • | Minutes before a session with expired payments gets automatically stopped by the system |
If a session has not been stopped X minutes after the grace period of the latest payment, the system will force stop it. Setting the value to 0 will disable the maintenance criteria.
| Note: Maintenance rules are not evaluated in real time but through a background job running periodically. There can therefore be a delay corresponding to the frequency of the job execution before the actual maintenance work is being executed. Also note that the frequency of the job will differ between different installations. |
