Manual File Processing is used to read data from MP 104 memory cards that cannot communicate with WebOffice into WebOffice. Manual File Processing uses off-line processing to process the files.
1.Save the file to your hard drive.
2.Log in to WebOffice to the correct company.
3.Open this page.
4.Select the terminal where the file originates from.
5.Select the file to process.
6.Click Process.
7.Wait until the message ‘[File name] successfully processed’ is displayed. The file is now sent to WebOffice for offline processing. It may take some time to process the file.
8.Verify in Queued Messages that no records where defaulted.
