A Manual check-out can be made by the operator based on a specific check-out amount or check-out time. In addition, a service fee can be entered. The Check-out date cannot be set to more than 2 months in the future calculated from the current day.
Example:
The current day is the date of today (see the clock of you PC). If the current day is 2014-10-27 the Check-out date can be set to 2014-12-27.
A Manual Check-out request can be cancelled in Pending Check-out Transactions before the transaction is sent to any terminal.
Note: Transactions from a network using Flowbird Globalcom or 3C readers are check-out from WebOffice without having to send the transaction to a terminal. Those transaction will almost immediately go the status Checked Out. |
Receipts.
If the end-user requests a receipt, an e-mail address can be filled in. When the transaction is checked-out a receipt will automatically be sent. This function is not available when checking out more than one transaction.
•A log message related to the transaction is created when the receipt is generated.
•If the receipt cannot be processed a new attempt is made in 4 hours.
•After 10 attempts, the automatic send process is cancelled. The number of attempts is visible in the Transaction Details page.
