Menu | Company Administration -> Purchase Rule. |
Purchase Rules are used to limit/regulate purchases. E.g., a CWT Terminal can be configured to allow only five purchases with Article id = 1000 within a rolling period of 24h.
Purchase rules are connected to a specific terminal and can be applied on tariff packages or/and articles.
Reference: See the CWT Software Configuration Handbook on how to set up Purchase rules. |
Note: When a CWT terminal is in Online or OnlineOfflineFallback mode the CWT will verify a purchase against the data available in WebOffice. If for some reason the job SubmitStatistics has not been run, some of the purchases may not be available for validation. This may cause a purchase to be accepted where it should be denied. |
If no article or tariff package is specified, the rule is verified on all purchases for the specific terminal. If an article or tariff package is specified all purchases for that article or tariff package are verified against the rule. Purchase Rules are configured in the terminal. They can therefore not be set up or changed in WebOffice.
On the Purchase Rule overview page purchase rules per terminal are displayed, each row represents a rule applied on a specific terminal.
To view the details about a specific rule, click the button on the desired rule.
For Daily type, the ClearedTime would be the time when the total time of purchase should be calculated..
For Weekly, the ClearedWeekday would specify the day in the week and ClearedTime specifying the time, the total time total time of purchase should be calculated starting from the weekday and time.
For Monthly, ClearedDay would tell us the day of the month and ClearedTime specifying the time ,the total time total time of purchase should be calculated starting from the month day and time.
