Menu:Support -> System Management -> Push Command -> Push Command Statistics

This page lists the SM push command messages sent to the terminals.

Currently the following types of Force Commands can be seen in this list.  

ForceCommand to execute the job selected in the command

ForceHeartbeat to send a Force Heartbeat command to the terminal

The VSIUpdate command is sent to update the status for a space to the terminal i.e. when a purchase is made for a space by Phone or free time is added to a space via WebOffice

Alert Messages are sent to one or more terminals to display a message on the terminal in e.g. sleep mode for e.g. Amber alerts.

The ForceHeartbeat and ForceCommand are sent to the terminals from the Terminal Details -> Terminal Jobs page.  The VSIUpdate is automatically sent on purchase when needed.

Receiver: the phone number of the SIM card in the CWT

Message: the message sent to the CWT

Originator: Person who triggered the push command

Source: where the trigger took place. Choices are “CaleWorker-ForceHeartbeat, WebOffice, EnforcementService
