Every 15 minutes WebOffice checks the overall terminal communication and communication with all card transaction collectors.
It checks:
•Outstanding Card Transaction Alarm
•Rejected Card Transaction Alarm
•Outstanding Collector Response Alarm
•Outstanding Terminal Communication Alarm
•Rejected Service Statistics Alarm
•Outstanding Service Statistics Alarm
•Rejected Card Transaction In Merchant Level Alarm
•Outstanding Merchant Response Alarm
•Outstanding Push Export Statistics Alarm
•Rejected Push Export Statistics Alarm
Alarms are sent via mail to the support organization. Alarms can also be viewed through the Surveillance page.
