Terminal Ticket Count

Menu:Terminal Administration -> Terminal Ticket Count

The Terminal Ticket Count page shows the number of printed tickets per terminal. This helps the service technicians plan their service activities.

The status shows if the ticket count has exceeded any of warning or error values set in the Company details page.

Summary Status ID

See status explanation above.

Terminal – Terminal ID

Shows the terminals id, must be unique within the company.

Ticket Count

Shows the ticket count on the specific terminal.

Ticket Count Reset Date

Shows the date and time of the latest reset.

Last Aggregated Date

Shows the date and time of the latest aggregated count.

The Process button will recalculate the Ticket count. As this is an offline Process, you will need to refresh the page. During this time the button will be disabled.
