Disable parallel port signalling (#5)

Pins 12 and 15 on the parallel port signal paper out and error. By disabling the hardware signals, the terminal system will instead use status commands to get information about the paper level and send event codes to WebOffice when the level is low. The terminal will be closed at paper out.
