Using width, height, and orientation attributes

The effect of 'width' attribute in the TICKET element on the orientation

The attributes for ticket width, height, and orientation are set in Ticket element. They affect the outcome differently depending on their values.

This chapter tries to describe this behaviour.

Note:
The values in the example below are only used to demonstrate the effect of the width on the orientation.
