CWT-C OS Update for CPU board 0401-E0502 Rev A and earlier
The operating system in CWT can be upgraded (or updated) by means of a PC running Windows XP (Section Updating the OS from an USB memory device describes how to update the OS from a USB stick).
| IMPORTANT: The OSLOG data may be overwritten during an update of the terminal’s Windows CE operating system and a backup copy of the settings therefore needs to be saved and reinstalled during the updating procedure if OSLOG data should be saved. |
For each OS upgrade Flowbird will supply a CWT OS Upgrade Package, a zip file containing new versions of the OS files and some other files.
