This file is primarily used for logging detected errors and secondly for logging performance of messages to and from the FS server.
Performance is logged when the configuration property DoPerformanceLog in the PAYUNIT element is set to true, errors are always logged.
Files are created in a round-robin fashion of 5 files where the maximum file size is 2 MB.
