The PRSP DLL needs a parking type selected to get pricing information. This is done through the article panel where the available parking types (audiences) for the license plate get listed. There must be more than one article configured and the property articleChoice must be set, for the article panel to be shown. The second configured article will have no function and is just a dummy.
