The certificate that is used to initiate a connection for retrieving a certificate is retrieved using a special token. This token must be manually downloaded from a URL provided by the project management. Access to the URL normally requires a username and a password. The token must then be installed in the terminal so the DLL can use it to get the certificate. There are 3 ways to start the process of creating a certificate.
●Remotely using the Flowbird WebOffice to download a token that initiates the process
●On-site when starting the terminal and a USB memory stick is inserted to the main board.
●On-site when using the terminal’s service menu and a USB memory stick is inserted to the main board.
