Reference:
This set up is based on the Ongoing Purchases. See the How To Guide "How to Set-up Ongoing Purchase" and the WebOffice manuals for more information.

To start charging, the CWT terminal or WTP app must make an ongoing purchase to send a message to an EV charger provider to activate a charger.

This is done by sending a parking space ID to the EV charger provider.

Note:
Depending on the model, if the charger is not lit or shows a red light the charger is out of order.

For WTP, start a parking on a Pay By Space Zone

Select the zone

Select the space

Make purchase. The charger shall go green or light up a Charge enabled icon.

NOTE:
WTP cannot handle a denial from WebOffice currently. The user must verify herself that the charger starts.

Connect the cable to the car. The charger shall go blue or light up the charging icon.

oThe Charger will go Green again when removing the cable before the charge time expires

Optionally: Make a top up

Optionally: Finish the purchase early. The charger shall go white or switch of all icons

For CWT terminals, the Pay by Space feature must be enabled in both WebOffice and CWT to be able to send a parking space ID to Chargestorm as a connectorId.

Insert the Space ID (ACA charger ID depending on the configuration)

Make a purchase.

oThe charger shall go Green when an OK is received from the provider.

oThe purchase is cancelled if the charger cannot be set by the provider

Connect the cable to the car. The charger shall go Blue

oThe charger will remain open until the purchased time expires.

Recommended:
WTP and WebOffice must use the same Tariff Package Name. If not than 2 separate routings must be set up

Note:
Next to the approval of an ongoing purchase, accepting the purchase always depends on a valid payment. E.g. enough funds on the credit card.

License Plate

Ongoing Purchase is default combined with code payment, e.g. by letting the end user enter the license plate number during check-in.

Warning:
When not using the Code option, it will be impossible for the enforcer to determine what purchase belongs to what car
