Flowbird IT must open its firewall for access from server PWS-4 to address entered in field Path in form Service Provider Details (see Step Create a Service Provider).
To reduce waiting time, ask IT support to do this before you continue to the next steps.
If a Service Provider already exist you can skip this step.
