Parking sessions can be started in a CWT terminal or via the MyParking website

A reminder message is sent to the end-user a specified number of minutes before the session expires as an SMS. By activating a link in the message, the MyParking site is opened in the browser. Given the purchase identifier specified in the link, the end-user can extend the session using an external payment provider or making a card payment.

Ask Flowbird Support if your payment method is not supported.

The end user starts a parking session.

If certain rules are fulfilled, the end.user will receive a SMS message X minutes before the parking session ends.

The end-user activates the link in the SMS message to open the web site.

In the web site, the end-user can choose a new end time. The system presents the price for the extension and when the end-user accepts this, a payment request is sent to WebOffice.

WebOffice registers a new purchase and makes a call to the external payment provider.

The end-user accepts the payment using an app on the phone.

The payment provider sends an acceptance message to WebOffice. The payment confirmation is presented to the end-user.

The new purchase record is created in WebOffice.
