MyParking profiles

Menu:Company Management -> System Management -> MyParking Profile -> MyParking Profiles

Create a MyParking Profile according the specification below.

MyParkingProfile-details

Settings

Name

Description:Give a short descriptive name for the profile.

Enabled

Description:Check this box to enable the profile when it is ready to use

Description

Description:Enter a clear description for the profile. this is helpfull when using more payment methods

Company

Description:Select your company.

My Parking Profile Logo

Description:The logo to display on the landing page

The logo must be PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG. Max File Size is 500KB.
Click [Choose] to select a file from your PC
Click [Upload] to add the file to the Profile
Click [Clear] to remove a logo

Description:Displays the logo if available

Payment Profile Type

Description:Select the Payment Profile type to specify the method used to pay.
Depending on the selected type, the next drop-down box will change.

External Payment Profile for Mobile solutions
Select the External Payment profiles you created before. Visible when External Payment Profile type is selected.
The drop-down list will display the external payment profiles configured for the selected company.

Card Payment Profile to allow payment with credit cards.
Select the Card Payment profiles. Visible when Card Payment Profile type is selected.
Card Payment profiles are created in Cale Support -> Payment Routing -> Card Payment Profile in WebOffice.
The drop-down list will display the card payment profiles configured for the selected company.

Terminal Group

Description:Select the Tariff Group for this profile.

Article

Description:Optionally select an article.
Using a specific article makes it possible to count the number of purchases that are made through MyParking.

Tariff Package

Description:If the tariff package is set on the MyParking Profile, then this tariff is used. If the tariff package is not set, the system will try to use the tariff package set in the MyParkingProfileTariffGroup. If so, verify the CWT configuration.

Use this option if only one tariff can be used.
If you want to offer more options, use MyParkingProfileTariffGroups instead.

Step Minutes

Specify the number of minutes to step up or down when setting the parking time

Email Reminders

Description:Check if email reminders are to be send.

Multiple Reminders

Description:When checked the end-user can receive an additional reminder after the previous top up.
Default:False

Send Reminder Without Purchase Deliverable

Description:If checked, reminders are sent even if the purchase doesn’t contain a deliverable definition.
This means that reminders will be sent to all users under the following conditions:

The “MyParking” license is active

The terminal belongs to a “MyParking” terminal group

There is an enabled MyParking-profile related to this terminal group

In a future version of the CWT software it should be possible to let the end user decide whether a reminder should be sent. The terminal will then explicitly send information defined as a specific “deliverableType”. By disabling the flag “ReminderWithoutDelivarable”, the system will stop creating reminders for all matching purchases and respect the information sent in the purchase message.

Show Terminals On Map

Description:When checked, the available terminals for different companies are displayed on the map with a (P) icon

Allow New Purchase

Description:If checked a new purchase is allowed after expiration including grace time.
The link can be used to create a new purchase.
There is a risk that a fine is given to the customer!
Default:False

Use Purchase Prerequisites

Description:When enabled, the system will call purchase prerequisites prior to tariff calculation. Similar behavior as the CWT

Allow Parking Code

Description:In parking codes are to be used, Check the "Allow Parking Codes" check box.
You need to create an account for each company that shall hand out these parking code vouchers.

Enable Landing Page

Description:Enable to display the Landing Page. The landing page needs a My Parking Profile Tariff Group that has a tariff associated with it.

MyParkingProfileTariff Group

Description:The group of tariffs connected to the My Parking Profile.

See MyParkingProfileTariffGroup

If you only want to use one tariff, you can select it in the Tariff Package drop-down and skip this setting

Day Type Calendar

Description:When set, the day type calendar will be used by the tariff engine. If not set, the day type calendar set under the terminal details is used.

Min Parking Minutes For Reminder

Description:specifies the minimum number of minutes for the parking duration that will generate a reminder. E.g. if the end-user buys a parking for 5 minutes, it’s really no use of sending a reminder 15 minutes before the parking ends.
Default:30

Send time (minutes before expiration)

Description:The specified number of minutes before the parking session end time an SMS will be sent to the end-user.
Default:15

Extension Grace Time Minutes

Description:Specifies the number of minutes after expiration that allows renewal. This setting requires the operator to have explicit policies regarding enforcement.
If this threshold is exceeded, the end-user cannot extend the purchase.
Default:0

SMS Reminder paid by

Description:Select who pays for the SMS sent:

(1) Flowbird

(2) Operator

Default:1

Service Fee Amount

Description:An optional additional service fee that is added to the purchase amount.
Default:0

Link to MyParking

Description:Enter the link to your MyParking web site to use
The Radio buttons below the link become active when the company has the Pay By Space license active.
The choice determines the look and feel of the page.
