The first time the end-user enters the site an information dialogue is displayed. (The cookie will expire after 12 months).
After this initial check:
1.The current purchase is evaluated. If the purchase hasn’t expired, it can be extended.
2.If however, the purchase is expired it can be extended if made within the grace time specified by profile parameter "Extension Grace Time Minutes".
3.Extensions cannot be made after this time but a new purchase might be possible to make if the profile parameter "Allow New Purchase" is set.
4.If a new purchase will be required another dialogue is presented, warning the user that fines might have been given.
5.If extensions or a new purchase are not allowed, an information message is displayed, and the purchase cannot be extended.
