Before you can edit a tariff in WebOffice it must be uploaded to WebOffice from a terminal. This is done when a terminal is started from a cwtconfig.xml file.
Important: A CWT terminal always sends up the currentarticletariffsetup.xml file during the first heartbeat after starting up from a cwtconfig.xml file. This file is read by WebOffice and associates the Tariff Packages available in WebOffice with the Tariff Packages in the CWT. Missing Tariff Packages are added to the WebOffice database. This process does not upload the configuration file! |
Note: You cannot schedule a tariff update until all the terminals that use the Tariff Package have their configuration uploaded. |
Normally the Tariff Editor will request a CWT to upload its configuration file. If this process fails you can always upload the file by hand.
During the Beta test and first releases this must always be done by hand.
