Operations
The Parking Claims Management tool, allowing you to search information relating to parking sessions to answer an end-user complaint about a wrong parking experience. Information search can be done according two ways:
•Using a licence plate number, for a Pay By Plate on-street parking system
•Using a parking meter name or identifier, for a Pay & Display on-street parking system

This chapter describes using Sales Reporting to analyse sales and parking data related to parking activity.
User Access Rights
An account could be a Flowbird user, Business user, a Consumer user (using an MPP) or a third-party server. An account is a member of an organization:
•City or operator. Described in this document
•Flowbird or distributor
•A business solution supplier (EV charging, MPP, bicycle…)
•A third party (technical provider)
•A consumer (MPP user)
