The parking ticket sales flow, with StreetSmart as rights and tickets server, is always the same.

1.The ticket sales application asks the end-user where, when (default is now), and with which car (license plate) they want to park.

2.With these inputs, the ticket sales application requests StreetSmart for applicable vehicle rights and optionally computed offers.

3.StreetSmart provides the actual rights of the vehicle on the park. It provides the rights that correspond to the selected parking location together with a list of parking offers to be proposed to the end-user.
Computed offers are also returned if previously required.

4.The end-user chooses the desired ticket. These are a new ticket, a ticket extension, or a ticket stop depending on the available options for the current state.

5.If necessary, the ticket sales application requests StreetSmart for tariff calculation.

6.The ticket sales application sends the transaction of the purchase to StreetSmart. Communication options are explained further in this document

7.The order is created after the ticket has been created

All responses from StreetSmart Back Office are limited to a park. It is not possible to have results from many parks at a time.
