Name

Description

Park

Park is defined by a polygon which represents administrative boundary of city. Two parks cannot overlap.

Area

Area represents a geographic shape that makes sense for a Business Customer in order to manage some services like Parking. An Area is contained into a Park.

Area category

Area category allows to group Areas through a Business Customer point of view (ex: areaCategory of all tariff areas for residents)

Asset

Asset represents a geographic point that makes sense for a Business Customer in order to manage some services like Parking. Example: a parkmeter as an Asset.

Asset category

Asset category allows to group Assets through a Business Customer point of view. It can be considered as family of Asset of same nature. Example: category of parkmeters

Parking audience

Parking audience represents a category of end users or vehicles that will use service Parking. Examples: visitor, resident, electric vehicle

Parking contract

a contract that allows a vehicle to park in a restricted list of areas with a tariff linked to its parking audience

PDA

Personal Digital Assistant: device (ex: smartphone) used by enforcement agent to manage controls and fines
