Flowbird is able to set service fees that can be added on top of the retrieved tariff. These can be used to ensure our profit, and the service fees in combination with the retrieved tariff is what the drivers see.
The configuration uses a "customer park" or "operator park".
It defines:
•The link between our customer and the OCPI connection to the CPMS
•The type of price calculation
•The (future) service charge amount
