User groups or organizations are organized by country. In a country there can be several sub-levels.
Customers are created inside country or country sub-levels.
Customers can be added to the root level Flowbird Group (1) and to the sub-levels (2) and (3)

The user groups are managed on a higher level.
Search Customer
The CPO must check if the customer exists in the CPMS
•Recommended: Select the organization
•Use the Search terms to filter long lists
Create Customer
Select "New Company" from the menu and fill in all the fields. Then save the record.
All fields marked with a * are mandatory
Some fields are explained in the table below
