The complete system is managed by different roles. Below you will find a list of these roles. Each section in the manual will have the role that manages that part written in the first part of the section.

oInitial creation of the company and initial configuration of the parts needed for EV charging is done by regional or central Flowbird Support
oCharging points configured in the LMS are connected to the Flowbird App using the Flowbird Configurator. This is done by the CPO.
oConfiguration is mainly done by the customer and imported in the system by Flowbird Support
•Charge Point Management Solution (CPMS) currently implemented using the Last Mile Solutions (LMS)
oManaging charging points is done by the Charging Point Operator (CPO). The CPO is member of central Flowbird Support
