When the Requires Approval check-box is set in Permit Types we can add required documents.
These documents must be sent in by the end-user before the Case worker can approve the request in CAP
It is possible to add a template to the document if the company can provide one.
You must create a record for each object and document relation. E.g. if a document is required in 5 different tariffs, you have to create 5 records for the same document.
