Menu: | Cale Support -> Company Management -> Companies -> Company Details -> Signpost -> Company Maintenance |
This is opened using Company Maintenance option under the Signpost on the Company Details page.
Note: Masking and Hashing is only done on records in the Data Warehouse. |
Important: Before stating these jobs, make sure the company has set a Masking pattern set in Cale support -> Company Management -> Companies -> Company details -> Configuration section. When starting these kind of jobs, you MUST first start the "Mask existing purchase records" and when this job is finished you can take the next step "Clean License Plate Date in the Data Warehouse" . Always verify in the Offline Processing Control Panel if the previous job is finished. |
Warning: Both jobs will take some time and increase the load of the data warehouse database server. For this reason, it’s possible to define a starting date when the job should start. A good choice should be during evenings (system local time). Do not run both jobs at the same time but have a day in between. |
Recommended: When running both jobs, make sure to use that same time frame. |
