Max No Of Users.

If needed, you can specify the maximum number of company users.

Communication OK Limit (Minutes) (default720 minutes).

Normally, these values do not need to be changed.
The Communication OK Limit setting defines the period in which a successful terminal communication session towards the CWT gateway (and by extension, to WebOffice) must take place for the communication status to be indicated as OK.

Communication Warning Limit (Minutes) (Default 1440 minutes).

Along the same line, the Communication Warning Limit setting defines the time that may elapse without a successful terminal communication session until the communication status is indicated as Warning.
If the Communication Warning Limit is exceeded, without a successful communication session, the communication status is indicated as Error.

Warning Level For Battery Voltage.

Setting warning and error levels for battery allows the company to follow the battery drainage during the live time of the batteries.  The current value can be viewed in Terminal Administration -> Terminal Status.  The history can be viewed in each terminal under the Terminal Measurements Tab.  The terminal must be configured to send in this data.  
This works only for CWT terminals and companies having the Terminal Measurements license active.

Alarm Level For Battery Voltage.

Valid From.

To specify the time for which a license (full or trial) is valid. Use the date controls to enter dates in the Valid From and Valid To fields.  Also, if it is agreed that a company may access WebOffice starting from a specific date, that date can be entered in the Valid From field (leaving the Valid To field empty).

Valid To.

Use Cale Collector As Default Collector.

If checked Cale Collector will be used if no other is available.

If not checked and no collector is available, an exception will be raised, and the purchase will be cancelled.

Auto Create Missing Articles / Tariff Packages

When checked, a missing article or tariff will be created in the SubmitOngoingPurchaseV3 job if these do not exist. This will allow the data to be created and made available to enforcement. For a system created Article and Tariff Package, the ID will be used for the Name field and the description will be “Created by CWO2”.

Ongoing Purchase Delivery Event Threshold (minutes) .

Within the ongoing purchase service – (PurchaseService.asmx.cs, SubmitOngoingPurchases) each purchase will be evaluated against the Companies Ongoing Purchase delivery threshold, if the purchase is older than the allowed threshold, an event will be created by calling the SubmitEvents service.

Set the number of minutes of the threshold to the number of minutes after which an event shall be sent. Setting it to zero will disable the function.

The ongoing Purchase delivery is part of the Online Purchase Transfer license.

Days to store License Plate.

The number of days the License plate (Code field) will remain visible in the data warehouse. After this, the License Plate will be hashed and saved in a not visible field. The Code field will be emptied.

If set to zero, this data will be hashed, and the Code field will be emptied when copying the purchase record to the data warehouse.

License Plate Mask Pattern.

This is a regular expression to hash the Code field in the data warehouse. Select a template from the template field next to it. It is possible to write your own pattern, but you must have good knowledge of the RegEx structure.

Note:
Older records will not be hashed until a conversion job is created. see Company Maintenance for how to set up a conversion rule.

Push Command - Force Heartbeat Maximum Retries

Sets the number of retries (default 3 if left blank) before the command cannot be sent anymore. The counter is reset when the terminal does a heartbeat. Used for enforcement where the command is sent automatically.
