Time Balance

If visible, this field shows the number of minutes available for the logged in user to hand out. the value of this field can be set in User account details -> Add Time For Plate section.

If this field is not visible, the user has no Time balance set and can create an unlimited number of purchases.

The duration of the purchase must be less or equal to the amount of minutes available in the Time Balance field. If the field is zero (0) or less than zero nu further purchases can be created until the Time Balance field is set to a positive value again.

When the field reaches zero, a new value can be set by the company administrator.

Terminal ID.

The terminal used for the purchase.  This may be a logical terminal.

Tariff Package.

This drop-down box is populated depending on the terminal ID with the Tariff Packages belonging to the terminal.

Article ID.

This drop-down box is populated depending on the terminal ID with the Articles belonging to the terminal.

Enable Manual Entries.

Depending on your rights, you can check this box to open all the boxes for editing.  On activating this function, the Calculate buttons will be disabled.  No validation is done against any Tariff Package and Article.

Duration (minutes).

The parking time in minutes.

Start Date.

Start Date of the parking is default set to your current locale time.  Depending on your rights, you can change this value.

Start Time.

Start Time of the parking Default set to today.  Depending on your rights, you can change this value.

End Date.

End date of the parking.

End Time.

End Time of the parking.

Purchase Amount.

The amount to be paid.

Code.

Normally this field is used to add the Vehicle Registration Number but can be any kind of code to be used for enforcement.
