The field Time Balance sets how many minutes the user can give away via the Add Time For Plate page. When a purchase is created via the Add Time For Plate page, the time balance is debited with the number of minutes selected on that page.
•If the field is left empty, no time balance validation will take place and the user can create an unlimited number of purchases
•If the field is set to zero (0) or becomes zero no further purchase can be made.
•When the field becomes zero, a new value can be set by the company administrator
