The event forwarding tab allows you to select the events to send by SMS or email to the user.
This feature uses the Terminal Access license.
Click the Event Forwarding tab and select the events to be forwarded to the user’s e‑mail address or mobile phone, or both. This is typically used for technician’s user accounts.
| Warning: If no limitations are set every event selected for each terminal in your company will be sent to the user. This may have large impact in the bandwidth used. Contact Flowbird Support for more details on your bandwidth and number of messages allowed. |
