To delete a user role, proceed as follows:
1.On the WebOffice menu, select User Administration > User Roles.
Existing user roles are displayed.
2.Find the desired user role. (If necessary, use the filter function explained in chapter 3, General Functions).
3.Click on the row corresponding to the user role you wish to delete.
4.On the Details tab, click the delete button .
Note: A role is not deleted due to database dependencies but made invisible by disabling it. |
Warning: All User Accounts connected to the User Role will be without a User Role connection when the User Role is deleted. |
