The Event Forwardings page shows all terminal events that can be forwarded to users of WebOffice, either by means of email or SMS (Short Message Service).

Note: System administrators can add new events intended for forwarding. |
Customer administrators determine which specific events should be forwarded to individual users in. The latter is managed on the User Account Details page, accessed by selecting User Administration > User Accounts on the WebOffice menu.
