This page gives the possibility to overwrite the default message forwarding templates defined under Companies Message Forwarding Template section by selecting which template to use based on the Purchase Article, Purchase Tariff Package, and / or Terminal Group. If a routing does not exist, the company default will be selected, if that one was not specified, the WebOffice default will be used (as it was before).
The template must be created in the Message Forwarding Templates page before you can add it to the routing.
In the example above the template "Zone 8 template" will be used if a purchase is made with article AR238. All other purchase will get the default Purchase Receipt.
This works for both email and SMS based receipts.
Add a Routing
To add a routing, click the 
button
•Select the country for this routing.
•Select the template to use.
•Set a Priority: the priority runs from 1 (Highest) to x (Lowest). When setting a priority that already is set for another routing this routing and all other routing ‘below’ this one will be pushed down to make space for the new routing.
•Optional: Add the Tariff Package, Article, and / or Terminal group to use.
•Click the [Save] button.
