Menu | Reports & Statistics -> Card Transaction -> Missing Transactions. |
This page displays settled transactions where a corresponding purchase is missing.
This may happen when a terminal could not send in its purchases via a heartbeat. E.g., the terminal has gone out of order short after a purchase has been made via the EMV Card reader.
The list should be empty. The reconciliation service creates records during the reconciliation process. Records might be removed if the corresponding purchase arrives later.
