The data in WebOffice is saved on several levels (and servers). The most recent data is saved in the operational database to grand fast access to e.g. recent transactions. After some time, this data will be copied to the data warehouse. the data is then also processed to be able to generate statistics.
On the top of some pages, just below the filter area, you will find an option to select the data to view:
•Operational Data Includes information from today and one-month back.
•Historical Data Includes information from yesterday and back. It is not possible in historical mode to use dynamic filters last hour and today.
| Note: When changing from Operational to Historical, any dynamic date filter will be set to Yesterday. When changing back to operational the filter will remain in the selected setting. |
The data is copied from operational to historical during the night server time. E.g., for the European servers this will Central European Time (CET).
