Parking areas allow you to assign a specific name to a geographical area
Parking Areas are use to group purchases in the Purchase analysis tool.
The purchase analysis tools uses the geographical coordinates of a purchase to find the parking area it belongs to.
Only purchase with a lat/long will be taken into account
