Sending a Scheduled report by Using E-mail.

Scheduled reports sent by mail can either include the report or send a link.

The following information is included:

The subject of the mail includes the report name.

The report description is included in the body.

The mail includes an unsubscribe link. See image below. Click the unsubscribe link to open the unsubscribe page in WebOffice.

When the last subscriber unsubscribes, the delivery method will be set to none.  If the report is not set to be saved on the server, the report will be disabled.

Warning:
Do not reply to the email address as no mail manager is connected to the address. Your mails and replies will be discarded.

 

Include the report

To include the report, select “Email as attachment” from the Delivery drop-down box.

If the report is included in the mail, it will look like this:

The report is included in your mail.  How to open the report or to save it to your hard drive depends on the mail client you use.

 

Send a link

To send a link assumes that the recipient has access to WebOffice.

Select “Email as link” from the Delivery drop-down box.

Make sure the check box “Store in CWO” is checked.

If the report is included as a link, the layout looks like:

Click the link to retrieve the report.  You need to log in to WebOffice.  After logging in, the report will be downloaded.

How to open the report or to save it to your hard drive depends on the browser used.
