Scheduled Reports.

LicenseKeyMediumScheduled reports make it possible to export the result of a customized view automatically.  The scheduled report can be exported at a certain time and optionally be repeated at predefined intervals.  A scheduled report looks identically with a manually exported report.

The report can be sent to one or more e-mail recipients as an attachment or as a link.  In case of the link option, the report is stored centrally in WebOffice and the user receiving the mail must sign-in to retrieve the report.

A scheduled report can be defined on company level or on personal level.  Only customer administrators can create and modify reports on company level, but all users within the organization can view them if they have access to the page.

A scheduled report is saved on the server as a snapshot for up to 365 days.  Old snapshots are automatically deleted from the system.

When the reports fail to be created, it will be retried max 5 times. If it still fails, the report will not be executed automatically until the report is fixed and/or the retry attempts counter is reset by a user.
