Commands received from the terminal (Submit Jobs).

All jobs prefixed with Submit refer to the terminal submitting data to WebOffice.

The column "Level" depicts the user Accoint level needed to be able to use the command:

R = Regular User

P = Power User

SubmitCollections.

The terminal/terminals submit executed collections to WebOffice.  Applicable on both CWT and MP terminals.

SubmitGeldkarte.

The terminal/terminals submit Geldkarte transactions from Geldkarte readers to WebOffice.  The transactions are then transferred to third part solutions (contact Flowbird Support for further information regarding Geldkarte).  Applicable on CWT terminals only.

Adding this job to a terminal that hasn’t a Geldkarte reader installed will cause the terminal to re-boot.

SubmitOngoingPurchases.

The terminal/terminals submit ongoing purchases to WebOffice.  Applicable on CWT terminals only.

SubmitOSLogArchive

Sends all of the OS Logs to WebOffice in a zipped format.

Only available to Power Users and System Administrators.

SubmitPayUnitAccounts.

The terminal/terminals submit the balance data on the pay units to WebOffice.  Not Applicable for Geldkarte on CWT and EMV (Artema) on MP 104.

SubmitPurchaseStateData.

Sends information about space expiration and purchase top up from WebOffice to the terminal/terminals.  The Job is applicable on CWT terminals only.

Note!  The MP 104 will SubmitPayBySpace when a DBSYNC file is available on the terminal with or without the job.

SubmitReconciliations.

The terminal/terminals submit the EMV data (reconciliation data) to WebOffice from the terminal.  When the reconciliation data is uploaded, it is available in WebOffice as an ordinary collection.  Only applicable on MP terminals.

Note!  SubmitReconcilations must be set along with the SubmitTransactions job but scheduled at least an hour after the SubmitTransaction job.

SubmitSDCardBackup

Sends a backup of the SD card to WebOffice in a zipped format.

Only available to Power Users and System Administrators.

SubmitStatistics.

The terminal/terminals submit event and purchase data to WebOffice.  Applicable on CWT and MP 104 terminals.

SubmitSystemInformation.

The terminal configuration (hardware and software) data is submitted to WebOffice.  Applicable on both CWT and MP 104 terminals.

SubmitTerminalConfiguration.

Submits the terminal configuration data to WebOffice.  Applicable on CWT terminals only.
