The Configuration files page shows all configurations that have been scheduled or sent to your terminals, along with the current transfer status.

Tariff Files - Upgrade logs

The following table explains some of the items on the page:

List item

Explanation

File name.

Name of configuration file sent to the terminal.

Name.

The complete name of the tariff scripts

Date Created.

Date and time, in the terminal’s local time, when the transfer record was created.

Date Changed.

Date and time, in the terminal’s local time, when the transfer status was changed.

Effective Date.

Date and time, in the terminal’s local time, when the file will be installed in the terminal.

Transfer Status.

Created:The file was created in WebOffice.
Received:The terminal was received the file.
Installed:The terminal installed the file.
Installation failed:Installation failed in the terminal.
Download failed:The download to the terminal failed.
Transferring:File transfer in progress.
Error:File transfer error, due to e.g. network problems.
Abort Request:Set by WebOffice when an abort request has been created.
Aborted:When abort request has been successfully executed.
Abort Failed:Abort request failed.

 

Deleting a record.

To delete an entry from the list, click CA9992~1_img196.

When the transfer status is one of the following, delete is not permitted:

Received.

Transferring.

Download initialized.

Abort Request.

Installing.
