The tariff groups are used to group tariff package.
Tariff groups are used in the pay by space profile to identify the tariff package(s) to use.
The tariff group structure is received from the CWT terminal during start-up of the terminal. The file currentarticletariffsetup.xml is sent from the terminal during the first heartbeat after (re)boot. For use with MP104 terminal, Tariff groups can be created manually.
