The Terminal Log page displays the contents of log files sent from terminals assigned to your user role. Currently, information about rejected purchases in specific terminals is shown, along with information about what panel was shown on the terminal’s display at the time of the rejection.

Terminal – Terminal ID. |
Shows the terminals id, must be unique within the company. |
Terminal Log Category - Name. |
RejectedPurchaseByButton: The user cancelled the purchase by pressing the reject button on the terminal. RejectedPurchaseByPayunit: The user cancelled the purchase by pressing the reject button on the pay unit for card payments. RejectedPurchaseByTimeout: The user did not complete the purchase within the maximum time set for the terminal. |

Start Log Date Local. |
Date and time, in terminal’s local time, when the log file was initiated. |
End Log Date Local. |
Date and time, in terminal’s local time, when the log file was terminated. |
