This section describes the mechanism used for determining terminal status, indicated by the traffic light icon.

TraficLightRed - Red Status indicator:

The icon will display a steady red light if any unresolved partial or total alarms are present. The underlying event has a severity level of error.

The icon will display a steady red light if the time since the last recorded successful communication session exceeds the time setting for communication warning limit.
If no ‘unresolved errors’ are found; the system performs a check regarding the communication details between terminal and WebOffice.

TraficLightYellow - Yellow Status indicator:

The icon will display a blinking yellow light if the time since the last recorded successful communication session exceeds the time setting for communication OK limit but falls below the communication warning limit indicating a warning.

Note:
The settings for the communication OK limit and communication warning limit can only be set by Flowbird Support.  Once set, the settings apply to all terminals in your company.

The icon will display a blinking yellow light when no communication issues are found, but unresolved alarms from events with severity level of warning exist.

TraficLightGreen - Green Status Indicator:

If none of the above is found, the icon will display a steady green light, indicating that the status is OK.

Note:
New Terminals that has not yet connected to WebOffice (first heartbeat) will not be shown in the list.
