The Terminal Status page shows the communication status of connected terminals.
You can sort and filter the list as desired, e.g. according to communication status, terminal ID, terminal installation status, location, etc. By default, the list is sorted to display terminals whose status indicates an error in the leftmost column.
The following table explains some of the items on the page:

Status ID. |

Terminal ID. |
The terminal ID must be unique within the company. Links to: Terminals |

Location. |
The terminal location. |

Node. |
Node in the terminal structure to which the terminal belongs. Links to: Terminal Control Centre |

Last Comm. Date. |
Date and time for the last successful communication. |
|
Terminal Installation Status - Name. |
The installation status of the terminal: •Active. •Inactive. •Created. •Registered. •etc |

Event Date. |
Date and time for the event, in the terminal’s local time. |
|
Event Level. |
States the severity level of the event: Warning, Partial error or Total error. |

Event Code. |
Description of the event. |

Hardware Unit. |
Part of terminal affected, e.g. printer, core, coin unit etc. |

Company |

Active Events. |
The number of active events reported by the terminal. An event is active until the underlying problem has been resolved. Click the number to view the Events page, showing all active events, in descending date order, for this specific terminal. Battery Voltage. |
Displays the current battery voltage level. The value in the column is presented in different colours depending on the ratio between the value and the thresholds defined on the company detail page. GREEN if value is higher than warning threshold. YELLOW if value between warning and error threshold. RED if value lower than error threshold. BLACK if no thresholds defined for the company. |

Backup Battery Voltage. |
Displays the current battery voltage level of the backup battery of a MAX terminal. |

Has latest TNG parameters. |
Checked if the terminal has downloaded all the latest Touch ‘n Go parameters sent from Touch ‘n Go back office. |
