The Events page shows all events reported by terminals up to the last 12 months.
Note: This page uses Enforced filtering. You must select an event date before you can display the list. Select the period you want to see. This is default set to Dynamic Time Span – Last 24 Hours. You can send (forward) Events by e-mail and/or SMS to WebOffice users on the Event Forward tab in User accounts. |

Event Code Name. |

Hardware Unit Name. |
Hardware unit or hardware related function, e.g. Coin unit, Core, Access Control, Printer, Battery, Cap, Audio Codec, and Database. |

User Account - User Id. |
Shows the User Id of a user having accessed the physical terminal for e.g. maintenance purposes. |

Company. |
The company that owns the terminal. |

EventForwarding Exist. |
If true an event forwarding exists. |
|
CSI Forwarding Exist. |
If true an event forwarding exists for CSI. |
